How Can We Help?

 What is your service area?

Cali Limo Transportation currently services airports, residences, offices, hotels, events, and a night out in San Diego, Orange County, Los Angeles, and all Southern California.

What vehicles do you offer for hire?

Our 2021 brand new fleet consists of sedans, SUVs, vans, sprinters, stretch limousines, stretch SUVs, and mini-buses.

What type of certification do your drivers obtain?

Our drivers are all fully vaccinated and have minimum 10 years of experience as a professional driver 

How can I schedule a pick up?

I need transportation for a multi-day trip. can you help me?

Our hourly private chauffeur will be happy to take you anywhere and anytime inside our area of services 

Rates and billing 

What is your cancellation policy?

If you cancel within 24-hours of the event date 20% of the sale will be charged as a cancellation fee.  If you cancel on the date of the event 6 hours before 50% of the sale will be charged, or if you cancel in less than 6 hours of the departure time, the full amount is due and payable.

Do I need an account to make a reservation? 

No, you do not need an account to make a reservation.  A valid credit card is sufficient to guarantee your trip.  However, businesses and frequent travelers are encouraged to set up a billing account.

Why do you ask for a credit card number when I make my reservation?

 All reservations are subject to guaranteed payment.  The credit card number taken at the time of your order is used for this purpose.  Charges for your reservation will be billed to this credit card if you do not cancel your service in advance (see our cancellation policy).
