Thank you for choosing Cali Limo Transportation Inc

Term& Condition/ Reservation Agreement

All payments are None before 6 hours of the confirmed reservation time and date. By placing a reservation with Cali Limo Transportation either by phone, email, website, or any other booking means, you accept without limitation the following rental agreement and you also authorize CWL to charge you credit card in full for all charges and incidentals related to your reservation.

 

Confirmation/Rate:

every reservation made is confirmed with an email. It is the customer responsibility to review the confirmation information for accuracy and call us for corrections. The rate provided over the phone in an initial estimate of the cost of the service. Driver Gratuity is included. Surcharges, stop time, waiting time… are calculated based on flat rate and will be added to the final invoice. A final receipt will be emailed as well.

Payments

Cali limo Transportation INC accepts cash and all major credit card, a down payment and a credit card is required for all bookings. All published rates are subject to change without notice. Current rates are confirmed against Cali Limo Transportation INC that are deemed valid after the trip had been completed, unless written proof of email is shown that you provided in writing that you wanted the reservation to be canceled within the allowed time of 24 hrs or prior.

Incidentals:

The client assumes full financial liability  for any damage(s) to the limousines caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. A fee of 150.00 for each carpet or seat burn or tear. Sanitation fee is 250.00 (watch your alcohol). Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law for underage. Any fines will be paid by the customer. The drier has the right to terminate run without refund ( if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the client (s). it is illegal to stand through the sunroof. Smoking is not permitted in some of our limousines and it has to be requested in advance (smoking limo)

Wait time/ Extra stops: for all transfers, wait time will be charged at the hourly rate of the vehicle once the 15 min grace period has elapsed.

Cancelation & no-show

late cancelation and no show are charged in full. Cancellation of the Motor Coached/ Mini Coaches/Limo buses with less than 15 days’ notice will be charged in full. Cancelation of Vans/Sprinters sedan/SUV with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed in full. Cancelation of stretch limousines with less than 7 days’ notice will be billed in full.

Black out holiday: please be advised that all sales and promotions does not apply on New Year’s day, Christmas Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, & Thanksgiving.

DELAYS and LOST ITEMS

Cali Limo Transportation Inc shall not be liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to weather, road conditions ( accidents/traffic). Cali Limo Transportation is not liable in the event of mechanical breakdown on the way to pick up or while on charter and will only be responsible for making up lost time at the mutually agreed data. Cali Limo Transportation Inc assumes no responsibility for any lost of personal belongings, or any items left in the vehicles.
